If there is anything we know about marvel, it’s that they always NAIL their casting. And Marvel has proved it yet again with Hailee Steinfeld as the enthusiastic fan-favorite superhero, Kate Bishop!
So, here we are counting the reasons why Hailee was unarguably THE BEST casting choice for Kate Bishop!!

In a recent interview with Variety, Hailee was asked which skill she was most proud of learning for her role, and unsurprisingly, it was archery!
And it is really reflected in the series too! Her grace and finesse with a bow and arrow CANNOT be faked!

If you ask yourself who is kate bishop? 2 words come into mind: young and enthusiastic/hopeful!
Hailee Steinfeld, who has had a successful career in the music and acting industry, is kind of an overachiever herself and portrays everything kate bishop PERFECTLY!
I don’t know about yall, but I have always seen Hailee smiling in her Instagram posts or generally anytime. It’s hard to explain, but her positiveness and sheer happiness shine through the character of kate bishop, making her the perfect choice for the role!
3) ALL THE CRITICS AND REVIEWERS LOVE HER AS KATE BISHOP

I am in no way a reviewer of any sort, and if you don’t believe me that Hailee is a perfect choice, well, maybe the critics will change your mind!
Almost all the critics and reviewers have immensely praised Hailee Steinfeld for capturing the essence of kate bishop so perfectly!
Almost everyone said that kate stole the show with her chaotic, happy energy, and I definitely agree with it!
4) KEVIN FEIGE WAITED 3 YEARS TO CAST HAILEE

Yes! You heard it right. The marvel head waited THREE years to cast Hailee. Due to Hailee’s extremely busy schedule, she couldn’t make time for hawkeye, but when the pandemic hit, Hailee found herself with some time for a new project and thus took up ‘Hawkeye.’
Throughout all of these events, Kevin Feige was totally adamant on having Hailee as kate bishop, and after seeing the first two episodes, I think we understand why!
